My friend Karina yesterday made the remark that it seems the fires in Cape Peninsula is in all the areas where rich people stay.  Yesterday afternoon I spoke to my mom about this and she told me that her and my father just the night before, read in the Bible, in the New Testament that Paul said that everyone must sell all they have and give everything to the church and the church will then decide who needs what and give accordingly.  But you even have to sell your house.  To say the least, I was shocked (but I wonder why – is it something that needs my attention?).

 

Rich people, it seems, is something the Afrikaans churches are not really discussing, as it seems to me that they need the rich people in their church so that those people can help pay the bills for the church expenses – and that includes the food on the table for the minister.

 

My mom and I were just wondering, after you sold your house and everything – it seems you just must not be gay if you do this and give to the church, as you will stand last in the queue to receive something again as you are a sinner.  But who knows, maybe if all the gay people sell all their stuff and give it to the church, the church will change their mind about if being gay is a sin or not.

 

And I am thinking now how I laughed that day when my friend Colleen said that God put people on the planet to make money.  That was just hilarious.  Well, and it seems if there is one thing we all do, in some or other way, we earn money.  No wonder she came to that conclusion.

 

But I do not know, if one does not have money, you cannot live in this day and age.  Part of the process of getting the planet where it is, was the evolution of money as well. 

 

But what I have been thinking about a lot is that Len always say that the people are trashing the planet – but I am still driving my car and Len as well – so we are part of the “mob” who is trashing the planet.  Whether we like it or not, we are part of everybody and we do what everybody is doing, we live, with the need to have money to survive and our cars, to get us where we need to go to earn that money.  Nobody really want to trash the planet – I do not believe for one second that any person will want to be that person who is trashing the planet.  But we must all live, we must all in some or other way earn a living, so we have to “trash” the planet.  And that is what it comes down to: 

 

Nobody wants to trash the planet, we just all have to…we are all just trying to do our job.  This mean, if we are only doing our job, we are not trashing the planet, we are doing our job. 

 

Nobody want to be that “bad” person, we just do not have a choice – so maybe “bad” is only again the appearance of “bad”, but seeing we do not have a choice and everything just is, is it still bad or is it good or is it neither bad nor good?

 

It seems to me I was wrong in that letter two years ago, where I still thought that healers are the only ones who can help others.  This comes down to healers are the only ones who can save the planet – but who says the planet needs saving?  And everybody want to save the planet, but everybody cannot be healers as if everybody is healers, there will be no patients and if there are no patients, there will be no healers.

 

I don’t know, what you said that everything just is, makes more and more sense.

My mother and I were just having a conversation about the temperature in Cape Town tomorrow.  And I said to her I just hope I do not get cold feet again and have to put on my kind of Eskimo jacket.  I do not know why, but sometimes, even if it is 30 degrees in Cape Town, I am getting so cold that I have to put socks on and my Eskimo jacket.  My mother know this is not just something I make up as she one day felt my feet and felt that they were two blocks of ice.

 

So my mother said she must phone the psychologist up and tell her there is something wrong with me and that the psychologist must book a place for me in Stikland.  And I said to my mother but before they can certify me for wearing a jacket in such heat, they will have to explain why my feet are two blocks of ice!  And my mother said:  They will think you are some kind of reptile or something from outer space.  And I said to her well then the psychologist and the psychiatrist who want to certify me must be careful to not get certified themselves, as I have the same body as everybody else – I look just as human as anybody else.  (Only have a few bruises from the shooting incident on my body left)  So if they claim I am a reptile, how are they going to convince the other people – they will be questioned as a human that looks like a human, but only have cold feet in a temperature of 30 degrees, are being called a reptile by them.  I think they then stand a better chance of getting certified than I do as I have my cold feet to explain why I am wearing the jacket, but they have got absolutely nothing to base it upon that I am a reptile!

 

I wonder tonight about events in the past.  Like the person who referred me to the psychiatrist who thought of certifying me, got shot in the head (she shot herself) and so did that same psychiatrist (the one who thought of certifying me) land up, shot in the face – by a jealous husband because she had a relationship with one of her patients.

 

Anyway, we will see where to this develops.

Dear Lore

 

My brother just phoned and they wanted to know something that his wife’s sisters child needed for a task.  It was about the “Brown Movement”.  What is very strange to me about this is that Robert Brown saw under the microscope that molecules were jumping around and could not understand why.  But eventually it was accepted by the scientific community that it is molecules that are not visible (no one ever before witnessed them or have seen them) – that means they are invisible – are responsible for this phenomenon.  I cannot believe that the scientific community could come to such conclusion?  The scientists just want us to believe that something nobody has ever seen before, something invisible, is having an influence in our reality.  The only proof we have of something invisible existing is the conclusion, to what Robert Brown could not explain, the scientists came to and accepted.  I just wonder why so many scientists have a problem then with the existence of God?  For me it comes down to the same principle.  Something invisible that is exercising an influence of some kind.

 

What is also amazing that also came to mind now, is that mankind invented an imaginary number system in mathematics – maybe all we have reached is because of a little bit of imagination
